Panel on Native American Scholarship
Are you wondering how you can make a broader impact with your degree? Are you looking to make a difference in your community and beyond?
Join us to learn about the journeys taken by two Native American scholars whose research benefits Native communities in Arizona and across North America. Dr. Matthew Rowe and Ph.D. student Nihzoni Tallas will share their journey stories from student to researcher, the challenges they faced, and the decisions that led them to their current place as scholars and researchers. They will share details of their current research and the impact it has on the communities they serve. Their journey stories will be followed by a discussion and question / answer period.
All students welcome!
Lunch will be provided for all in-person attendees!
