Individual Help For Students

The Office of Undergraduate Research provides individualized help for students who are seeking research opportunities, who would like help communicating with research faculty, who seek help preparing and organizing application materials for research positions and programs, and / or who would like to receive feedback on a research presentation before presenting to a class, showcase, or conference.  

Undergraduate Research Ambassadors

Undergraduate Research Ambassadors can provide you with individualized help to find opportunities relevant to you!

You can find us in three ways:

1) Visit us in-person! Come on by! URAs are located at SECD'S Alcove - Bear Down Building Rm 306. Our in-person drops at the desk are currently not offered during the summer. Check again with us for the Fall 2024 semester! 

2) Email us your questions!  Write to undergradresearch@arizona.edu. 

3) Schedule an appointment. Log into Handshake to schedule a 20-minute 1:1 meeting with a URA in-person or over zoom.  To schedule an appointment, click the link below, then choose Career Center > Schedule Appointment > the University of Arizona Career Advising > Meet with an Undergraduate Research Ambassador or follow these detailed instructions. Appointments can be made during the summer from Monday to Friday, 5:00 - 6:00 PM AZ Time.
