Dr. Aaron Malone is a seasoned food and beverage leader with a Ph.D. in Food Science & Nutrition from The Ohio State University. He has over 20 years of experience across a variety of functions within the food industry, including Research & Development (R&D), Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs, Laboratory Operations and Food Safety. Dr. Malone has a proven track record of managing teams and developing individual talent across both large corporations and start-ups. Over the course of his career, he has focused on strong collaborations to drive business growth while upholding the highest standards of food safety, scientific integrity, and quality. He is deeply committed to preparing students for successful careers.
