All senior engineering students are required to complete a two-semester capstone course to graduate. In our quest to best prepare our students for their future jobs, the UA College of Engineering seeks out meaningful, real-world problems from industry and UA entities to provide projects for our students.
Craig M Berge Engineering Design Day is the culmination of all that work, with student teams presenting their projects to teams of judges during a closed session for grading and evaluation for cash awards; and then a public session to display to family, friends, students, media, and anyone who loves innovation. It is a day to celebrate these bright and creative minds as they embark on their next chapter!
