Apply to BRAVO!, the University of Arizona’s Biology Research Abroad: Vistas Open! Program!
BRAVO! is a summer fellowship for University of Arizona students to conduct research with an international collaborator of their current laboratory on-campus for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027. This program provides students with the opportunity to foster international collaboration, support the exchange of scientific information/techniques, and support the global scientific community!
BRAVO! provides $8,000 in funding for students for airfare, lodging, food, visa fees, research supplies, and other travel-related expenses. Additionally, students who are financially challenged may be able to request a stipend.
Students must have 6 months of research experience with their current University of Arizona mentor at the time of application and have an expected graduation date of at least one semester after the BRAVO! summer experience.
