Interested in neuroscience? Want to get involved in research over the summer?

Join the University of Michigan for a full summer of fully-funded neuroscience research! The University of Michigan Neuroscience Graduate Program offers two summer programs focused in neuroscience research for undergraduate students:

  1. SIREN (Summer Intensive Research Experience in Neuroscience): NSF-funded program for students, who had limited access to neuroscience research.
  2. NURO (Neuroscience Undergraduate Research Experience): NIH-funded program for students, who are from under-represented groups. 

Students who are chosen for these summer programs will be able to...

  • Work in leading neuroscience labs for 10 weeks
  • Attend weekly professional development workshops
  • Be trained in scientific communication
  • Present in various research symposiums
  • And enjoy the summer in Ann Arbor
