When
Interested in pursuing a PhD program? Want to explore the field of quantitative and computational biology?
The Quantitative and Computational Biology (QCB) program is an interdisciplinary Ph.D. program at Princeton University. Housed at the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics, their research areas lie at the interface between biology, quantitative sciences, and computation and include genomics, computational biology, systems biology, biophysics, quantitative genetics, molecular evolution, and microbial interactions. As such, the program welcomes students from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Prospective Ph.D. applicants that are interested in these areas of research should register for the open house. This virtual event will include:
- Program and research overview
- Faculty panel
- A guide to applying to graduate school
- Networking opportunities with Princeton faculty & students
- And a graduate student panel.
We strongly encourage prospective Ph.D. applicants from historically underrepresented groups in STEM to attend and learn about QCB at Princeton.
When? The virtual open house will be on Friday, November 8th, 2023 at 12:00 PM AZ Time.
Want to attend? Please RVSP to the event with this form.
Questions? Please email Jennifer A. Giraldi, who is the QCB Program Administrator, with any inquiries or concerns.
